One example of a useful tool that users can utilize in the app is called Stitch. This specific feature allows creators to combine parts of other videos together with their own. If you’d like to find out how you can do this yourself, then we’ve got you covered.
Here’s all that you need to know on how to Stitch videos in TikTok.
To Stitch videos, you’ll need to launch the app to open a clip that you’d like to combine with your content. Afterwards, press the Share button on the right side of the video. Then, look for the Stitch icon on the bottom row. This will allow you to choose which part of the video you’d like to Stitch. Once you’ve narrowed it down, press Next on the top right of the page.

Next, you’ll be able to record your bit of the video which will then be combined with the part you previously selected. After the video’s been recorded, you’ll be given the chance to edit it however you want. Finally, simply press Next, adjust your video settings, add a caption, and Post your creation.
Keep in mind that not all videos on TikTok will have Stitch enabled. Each clip will have a specified Stitch setting so if the poster has it turned off, no other content creator will be able to use it. Some videos, however, will have it turned on only for Friends. If this is the case, you may still be able to use it if you follow the creator and they follow you back.
