How to save a TikTok draft to your camera roll – Business Insider

If you’re a TikTok creator, you probably create your share of videos that you don’t want to publish, but might not want to throw away, either.
Perhaps you would like to share a draft video with friends for creative feedback. Or maybe you never plan to publish it, but you’d like to save it to your phone’s camera roll for posterity anyway.
Either way, you can save a TikTok video from your drafts folder to your camera roll, though the process is more involved than simply hitting a save button.
The process to save a TikTok draft to your phone’s camera roll is the same whether you have an iPhone or Android device. Before you get started, though, make sure you have a draft video to save. To do that, start the TikTok app and record a clip, then add any stickers and effects you want to include. Tap Next and then tap Drafts. With a video saved to drafts, you can now save it to the camera roll.
1. Tap the Profile button at the bottom of the screen, then tap the Drafts folder.
2. In the Drafts folder, tap the video you want to save to your camera roll.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Next.
4. On your draft video’s settings page, tap Who can watch this video and then tap Only me
5. Scroll down and tap More options
6. Make sure that Save to device is enabled by swiping the button to the right. Then tap the X at the top left to return to the settings page.
7. Tap Post
Go to the camera roll in your phone’s Photos app. You should see the draft video, which you can now share or keep like any other video stored on your phone.
