Cornish entertainer and comedian Steve Heller is already well known in Cornwall for his Rate My Pasty and satirical Cornish News pages on Facebook, and he's now become a TikTok sensation too.
Following the TikTook success of Binley Mega Chippy, when a Coventry chip shop became a sensation on the social media platform, it's now the turn of a Wakefield off-licence called Wakey Wines to blow up, and so has Camborne's Steve Heller after writing a theme song for the shop to the tune of UB40's Red Red Wine.
Wakey Wines first went viral for selling KSI and Logan Paul’s drink called Prime – available for £2 at ASDA. The shop posted a video on TikTok charging a girl £145 for six bottles of the drink, Yorkshire Live reports.

Since posting the song on TikTok less than a day ago, Steve has been approached by the BBC to appear on a podcast about Wakey Wines and has been shared to his 1.2m followers by TikTok star Tyrone, who declared: "What an anthem." Steve's theme song has been watched almost 300,000 times in less than 24 hours.
He told CornwallLive: "Most of my content is based on Cornwall but when I saw the Wakey Wines video, which is from upcountry, I decided to create a song to follow the trend. I soon came up with the Red Red Wine parody, which has had a lot of positive comments from people all over the UK and has even been shared by the Wakey Wines page and some other very popular TikTokers.
"I have had a lot of fun creating content for TikTok and only joined the app when a friend, who is the manager of a big Cornish company told me that I would do well, as TikTok is no longer an app for families dancing to pop songs, but aimed at people of all ages.
"I soon realised TikTok has videos on almost every subject and I have been able to add to it, with videos of the Cornish dialect, pasty shop reviews, Cornish Bob the Builder and tongue-in-cheek tourist videos about visiting Tuckingmill Valley park to see the dog poo."
Steve's Cornish News page on Facebook is followed by over 130,000 people, while Rate My Pasty has 19,500 members. He also has 22.9k followers on TikTok.
