When Christian Yelich joined TikTok earlier this year, he made a funny video calling out the person who already used the @christianyelich username. A brief, but hilarious back-and-forth between the two ensued.
It appears the friendly beef has now resolved. Adrianna (Anna) Wagner, the username’s owner, was gifted a bat signed by the former league MVP ahead of Sunday’s Brewers game at American Family Field.
Wagner, who’s going into her senior year of high school, had created the TikTok account back in 2018. She started posting Yelich fan videos that her friend helped her make the following year.
The reason she used Yelich’s name was so that people would find the fan page when they searched for him, the Alma Center resident said in a previous Journal Sentinel interview.

When one of Wagner’s friends invited her to Sunday’s game, she reached out to the Brewers to let them know that she was going to be there.
Ahead of the game, Bernie Brewer gave Wagner a gift from Yeli: A bat with “To Anna, all the best!” and the outfielder’s signature on it.
“It means the absolute world,” Wagner said. “I can’t even put it into words.”
While this was the third Brewers game Wagner has ever been to, it was her first time getting to see Yelich play.
“It was awesome,” she said. “He’s amazing. I mean, tonight was a really pretty rough night for him. But I mean, he’s still a good player.”
The Brewers fell to the Padres on Sunday, 6-4. The loss was the third in a row for the crew.
